Lately, our club has been laxed...First we missed our induction ceremony (seems to me that I'm at fault~) and then we failed to participate on club basketball competition - in which it was obvious that we don't have enough "able" players.
So OSA and BALAYAN joined forces to send us a note pertaining to our community service. For those who attended the meeting, we once discussed about our Gawad Kalinga housing project to be on October. Now, we will be added by another one - Feeding Program.
CAS faculty have a feeding program at Punta Taytay (slum areas) every Saturday and our Moderator Ma'am Agtoto, who was also a CAS faculty member, suggested that we could join with their outreach by having games and other activities to children.
We don't have any problems in the food preparation, we just need to plan-out our activities for enjoyment.
On August 21 and September 11, we will be having a feeding program outreach together with the CAS faculty and IECEP at Punta Taytay. Members are obliged to participate.
further updates will be followed...
